Saimnieko in Ķonu parish of Valmiera county has been engaged in goat farming for more than 20 years. An organically certified farm with an emphasis on grassland management, which is perfectly done by a herd of 20 milking goats.
Alice makes different types of cheese from freshly milked milk - fresh cream cheese, cheese with various herbs, as well as smoked cheese. As an addition to the cheeses, a wonderful tomato jam is offered. Tourist groups are also welcomed, introducing the farm and products.
