Sanita Matule - Sanitas Pļavas veltes, DARE atpūties pļavā

As a herbalist, Sanita Matule, along with her husband, manages biologically valuable meadows at the "Vidnieki" home in Antinciems, located within Ķemeri National Park, and she refers to them as million-worth meadows. Sanita was previously captivated by aromatherapy, which is also related to plants, but she has significantly expanded her knowledge by taking herbalism courses and can now call herself a herbalist.  From wild plants, Sanita prepares teas, as well as herbs rubbed and dried with salt, syrups, powders, and ointments for beauty and health. It's a complete culinary adventure with wild plants! Weed pesto - doesn't that sound intriguing?

Sanita also offers workshops on and with medicinal plants - weaving plant decorations, making ointments, scrubs, syrups, and infusions. Workshops are available both as outings and on-site in Antinciems, at the family tourism farm "DARE atpūties dabā" (DARE relax in nature)." Sanita hosts educational walks through the meadows and organizes various events, inviting people to enjoy peace and tranquility in natural surroundings.

"DARE atpūties dabā" also features the small shop "Sanita's Nature Treasures" , as well as the opportunity to participate in annual markets, outdoor sales, and other events.
