SIA Rukši - Kazdangas Miesnieks

SIA Rukši is an organically certified farm that is engaged in the breeding of beef cattle and the production and sale of beef. The farm is located in the Kazdanga parish of the Southern Kurzeme district, it also manages areas in the neighboring parishes and even in the Liepāja Lake nature reserve. Priority: sustainable biological agriculture, preservation of nature and environment, high standards of cattle welfare.

Farmer Pērs Vinge Petersens (Per Winge– Petersen), a manager and experienced Danish farmer, arrived in Latvia in 2000 with the aim of sharing his experience and working in Latvian agriculture. Now Pērs speaks Latvian fluently and has acquired the nice Kurzeme accent. Tā viš i! 
SIA Rukši provides full-cycle production: - from harvesting calves to serving meat on the table, creating production with added value, which is realized with the help of the Kazdangas Miesnieks brand.
