The grassland has unique transformative powers! In the Līdumkalns of Talsi municipality, natural grasslands are transformed into aromatic soaps rich in valuable healing substances. As Vizma herself says, it is a SOAP FOR OURSELVES, for those who respect nature and understand the value of such a product. Family health problems led Vizma to think outside the box, using the positive properties of plants growing in the environment - thus the first soaps with herbal concentrates were created. Seeing that the product was helping family members, it was decided to offer it to the wider community. Vizma's soaps can be purchased by ordering by e-mail, and almost every weekend you can meet Vizma in person at the Talsi market.

The natural grasslands in Līdumkalni are not only transformed into soap, but can also be enjoyed in other ways. The Shepherd's Hut gives you the opportunity to hear, see and feel what is happening in the natural meadow and to become part of it. The lodge is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, so that nothing interferes with the rhythms of nature. Shepherd's Hut guests are also offered the opportunity to pick their own natural grassland plants to use in salads, as herbs or for traditional teas. Tasting the teas harvested by the hostess will be a wonderful taste of the grasslands.
