Domājot par produktu ražošanu ar pievienoto vērtību, kopā ar vīru Jāni nopirkuši un modernizējuši kautuvi, izveidojuši gaļas pārstrādes cehu un gaļas veikalu. Ievas ģimene nopirkusi arī daļu no Iedzēnu selekcijas stacijas un pamazām atjauno augļu dārzus.
Gaļas produkcija tiek realizēta ar pašu izveidotā uzņēmuma SIA “LATANGUS” starpniecību, piedāvājot klientiem svaigu, Latvijas pļavās augušu, liellopu gaļu, kā arī dažnedažādas desiņas, kūpinājumus, pelmeņus un citus labumus.
